Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, IT project management, engineering, or related field required; MBA or MS preferred; or equivalent, relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide production results for timely updates and monitoring.
• Record operational costs and provide reports.
• Support plans to efficiently use plant staff and equipment to produce maximum revenue.
• Support staffing requirements based on upcoming work and historical data on productivity.
• Support current operational strategies and recommend improvements.
• Oversee layered process audit (LPA) programs for multiple LG locations.
• Schedule audit.
• Author audit documents.
• Manage users, update profiles.
• Update schedules for missed audits.
• Maintain location tables.
• Maintain software and complete database entries, generating monthly and weekly reports.
• Develop process-flow diagrams and training materials for team.
• Develop automated workflows for robotic process automation (RPA).
• Participate in daily team meeting and project meetings as needed.
• Develop software solutions for project or inventory management upon request.
• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout a project to ensure business needs are met.
• Maintain cleanliness at work-site in accordance with 5S3R Standards: Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain; Right Location, Right Quantity, Right Container.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
