Job summary

LG Energy Solution Michigan Inc. is seeking a Specialist I, Production in Lansing, MI to support the Production Manager. You will coordinate inventory assignments, improve material flow, and translate customer demands into production schedules.

You will lead monthly counts, cycle counting, and collaborate with ERP teams and planning to optimize operations. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain and 1–3+ years of related experience, with English and Korean bilingual

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business management, supply chain, or related program.
Bilingual English and Korean preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

Perform physical inventory counts and report accuracy; reconcile issues daily.
Monitor finished goods and inventory for long-term planning via simulations.
Research and document inventory discrepancies; identify root causes and propose solutions.
Develop and monitor all key functions related to inventory transactions for accuracy and timeliness.
Introduce additional inventory tracking resources to drive continuous improvement.
Record inventory movements in ERP to improve accuracy.
Monitor production schedule and report data daily; organize production data.
Support KPI planning documentation and cross-team communication.
