Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Vocational certificate or associate degree preferred.
• Experience mentoring and leading people on automated manufacturing equipment.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate operator work across multiple lines and shifts.
• Monitor lines and anticipate supply needs to keep production running.
• Ensure safety and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Set daily production goals with the Production Supervisor.
• Create shift reports on downtime, quality, and inventory.
• Provide training and evaluate operator performance.
