Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in Science, Math, Engineering, Technology, Finance or Accounting (preferred).
• 3+ years in battery manufacturing, process engineering, or similar manufacturing role preferred.
• Hands-on MES experience in manufacturing is a plus.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; capable of basic data analysis.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration on shop floor.

Responsabilidades

• Process Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Yield & OEE analysis; monitor data; identify bottlenecks; drive line improvements.
• Data Management & Reporting: Use MES for data tracking; prepare Excel/PowerPoint reports; apply Minitab and Spotfire for analysis and visualization.
• Production Operator Training & Skill Management: Develop/update skill matrices to track operator proficiency.
• Material & Sub-material Management: Schedule materials; monitor flow; ensure supply stability.
• DOE (Design of Experiments) Support: Relay DOE requests; coordinate and document tests.
