Aufgaben

• Process Performance Monitoring & Analysis: monitor yields, OEE, bottlenecks, and downtime history.
• Data Management & Reporting: track production data in MES and prepare Excel/PowerPoint reports; use Minitab and Spotfire for analysis/visualization.
• Production Operator Training & Skill Management: develop and update skill matrices for operators.
• Material & Sub-material Management: plan and manage schedules and ensure material flow.
