Job summary

Gotion Inc. seeks a Pack Performance Engineer to bridge cell, BMS, and vehicle. You will define power limits, SOC/SOP, and lead pack hardware and thermal validation through DVP to vehicle integration.

You will collaborate across powertrain, controls, and vehicle teams, translating requirements into verifiable system attributes, with strong emphasis on safety and cross-functional delivery in a fast-paced EV environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• 7+ years in battery systems, BMS, or pack engineering at an EV OEM or supplier.
• Hands-on SOC/SOP estimation, cell balancing, and isolation measurement.
• Experience defining charge/discharge limits across SOC, temp and cell capability.

Responsibilities

• Define power limits and vehicle integration interfaces for packs.
• Translate electrified-powertrain targets into battery system requirements.
• Own pack hardware performance and thermal management validation.
• Lead validation planning and execution across battery systems and vehicle integration.
• Collaborate with powertrain, controls, and vehicle teams to align requirements and evidence.
