Qualifications

• At least 12 years’ experience in operations management in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to work any shift and overtime as required.
• Strong working knowledge of Automotive, General Assembly, Production, Process and Maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the General Assembly Team to achieve business objectives including safety, quality, and production.
• Support all aspects of production processes and drive successful implementation of standards.
• Oversee personnel for General Assembly: maintenance, quality, and engineering.
