Job summary

Energetiq Technology Inc. in Wilmington, MA, is seeking a Senior EUV Manufacturing Engineer to drive manufacturing excellence for the EQ-10 line.

You will ensure manufacturability, reduce costs, increase throughput, and support product transfers, FAT, and change control across the plant. The role requires a BS in physics/electronics/electrical or mechanical engineering and 5+ years in a low-volume, high-technical setting, preferably with cleanrooms and vacuum systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in Physics, Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years' experience in a low-volume, high-technical manufacturing environment.
• Experience in clean rooms, analog and digital electronics, controls, high power/voltage, and vacuum systems.

Responsibilities

• Establish procedures and work instructions defining units of work and test
• Participate in build, test, and FAT for shipments
• Solve assembly and build problems and support cross-functional teams
• Lead manufacturing projects related to new product introductions and yield improvements
• Collaborate with R&D for new product development, testing and evaluation
• Support the service team to address inquiries within the same business day
• Maintain calibration and preventive maintenance schedules for factory equipment and facilities
• Travel to local supplier sites to facilitate subsystem production transfers
