Job summary

Qualifications

• Understanding of EUV lithography and photolithography simulation software.
• Knowledge of 193nm immersion multiple-patterning processes.
• At least 3 years of semiconductor industry experience or 10+ years with B.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead pathfinding activities for lithography technology.
• Develop EUV modules at the Technology Development site.
• Travel to support early learning for high NA EUV.
