Applicants should have:

• 3 years minimum experience in diagnostics and repairs on late model cars.
• We work on premium cars so clean work habits and attention to detail is a must.
• Must have adequate hand tools and be organized to work in an efficient & timely manner.
• A current (clean) drivers license.
• Be self-motivated, want to learn and keep current on the car brands we service.
• Must understand computer based information systems.

Applicant must also be able to work in a team environment, where it is understood that the shops over-all success is how we individually succeed!

My "facility" was a long time dream that did eventually make it from pencil and paper to concrete and steel.It's still full of challenges though and having enough top notch people to make it work at it's best is one of them!Thanks for the kind words... And by the way. I made the move north from NJ 36 yrs ago which has worked out well so far.
