Job summary

POWER MONKEY MOTORS seeks an experienced technician/mechanic in Horseshoe Bay, TX. Join a family-owned shop expanding to multiple locations and earn top pay with a flat rate up to $41/hour and a guaranteed option. A $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid time off, and ongoing training are offered as you advance with us.

Qualifications

• minimum 3+ years professional repair experience
• ASE certifications and willing to maintain and upgrade (passed tests are fully reimbursed and bonuses paid on successful completion of new certifications)
• Comfortable diagnosing and repairing Euro and high end vehicles as well as older, more common vehicles
• Clean, organized, and focused on customer satisfaction
• Willing to wear the uniform that makes us all look like part of the team!
• Ability to book minimum of 35 hours/week

Man! If I was ten years younger and single, this would be a great job for me. Owning your own business is not all that is cracked up to be. Like Lucas says in the ASOG podcast, some owner/technicians would make more money closing up shop and working for someone else.
