Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of automotive technician experience; European luxury brands experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance per repair order with efficiency and accuracy according to dealer and factory standards.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs as authorized by the customer.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and make recommendations to ensure safety and reliability.
• Document work performed on each vehicle.
• Maintain an inventory of tools not normally inventoried by the service department as special tools.
• Stay current with factory bulletins and participate in training classes.
