Job summary

Plaid is expanding its European recruiting footprint and seeks a first-in-Europe full-cycle recruiter to own sourcing through close. You will partner with European and US stakeholders to scale teams across Sales, Growth, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and People roles, developing localized processes and best practices while ensuring a fair and inclusive candidate experience.

You will apply data to identify gaps, advise on market conditions, and build compelling hiring strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, in-house or agency.
• Experience in a fast-growing environment, building or improving processes.
• Candidate-first approach balancing speed, quality and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for Europe, from sourcing to close.
• Partner with hiring managers in Europe and the US to scale regional teams.
• Build localized processes and implement best practices for hiring top talent.
• Advise on market conditions, hiring strategy, and fair interviewing.
• Improve candidate experience for diverse backgrounds.
• Use data to identify funnel gaps and drive improvements.
