Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Contract Management Specialist to manage customer and GPO agreements across SFDC and Oracle, ensuring pricing integrity and audit-ready data. The role is based in Europe (Italy or Spain) with potential for some cross-border responsibilities.

Working with Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT, this position ensures accurate contract setup, ongoing maintenance, and compliant operations, enabling scalable commercial activities and successful product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/technical field, or MBA.
• 4+ years’ experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or other analytical function creating data reports and analytics.
• Fluent English required; proficiency in an additional EU language is a plus.
• SFDC and/or Oracle experience.
• Ability to analyze and interpret contracts and then communicate that to others in simple terms.

Responsibilities

• Maintain contract data in SFDC and Oracle with data integrity.
• Run reports to ensure data integrity of contract terms in SFDC and Oracle; support data requests from sales/leadership.
• Support monthly/quarterly audits for Finance and Legal compliance.
• Create and manage contract analysis and stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with IT to implement processes and training for contract governance.
