Job summary

Coach Europe is seeking a Buying Administration Assistant to support in-season performance and pre-season buying across eCommerce, Outlet and Retail channels. You will assist across Men’s and Lifestyle categories, including Footwear and Leather Goods, handling trade prep, price changes and communications with Visual Merchandising.

The successful candidate will be proficient in Excel, comfortable with data, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in buying, merchandising, planning or allocation within a fashion retail environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to work confidently with data and reporting tools
• Strong communication skills and highly organised to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Support weekly and monthly trade preparation, seasonal buy reviews and milestone calendars
• Prepare monthly/quarterly price changes and promotions, and present updates in trade meetings
• Maintain pricing master files and SAP uploads, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
• Support regional buy process with investment decisions reflecting regional pricing and silhouettes
• Analyze product performance and market insights and share findings with Global Merchandising
