Job summary

Audi Shawnee Mission is looking for a Service Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles, test drive for quality assurance, and maintain a tidy shop environment. The role involves direct communication with service advisors and ongoing training to stay current with automotive technologies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle.
• Audi/Volkswagen experience preferred; European experience is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Complete system diagnostics and full automotive troubleshooting and testing.
• Road-test vehicle to ensure quality repair work was completed.
• Communicate directly with service advisors regarding the status of the service work and estimated time for completion.
• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
• Maintain an organized and neat shop area.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.
