Job summary

Dynamic Devices is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to support commercial activities across Europe. This role demands independence and excellent customer-facing skills, requiring regular travel to customer sites across Europe and close collaboration with internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical and analytical skills, fluency in English, and preferably knowledge of French and/or German. Prior experience in life sciences or laboratory automation is a plus.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate customer workflows into technical solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French and/or German is a strong asset.
Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout Europe and the UK.
Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in technical discussions and presentations.
Ability to work cross-functionally with commercial, applications, and service teams.

Responsibilities

Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their workflows and technical requirements.
Deliver product presentations and demonstrations, tailored to customer needs.
Host customer visits and support demonstrations at the Yverdon-les-Bains office.
Work closely with sales, marketing, applications, and service teams.
Evaluate customer projects and recommend solutions aligned with their needs.
Gather customer feedback to support product and workflow improvements.
Travel throughout Europe and the UK to support customer meetings.
