Job summary

RTX, the world leader in aerospace and defense, seeks a Senior Program Manager to serve as the Paveway Europe Integration Program Manager in the Air Dominance SSBU. This onsite role in Tucson, AZ, leads cross‑functional teams to deliver complex integration programs, interfaces with international customers, and ensures contract execution across Raytheon functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 7+ years.
• Experience with factory production of Military Hardware and delivery to international customers.
• Proven leadership as a program manager or functional leader; ability to drive cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily program cadence including risk reviews, schedules, performance management, customer reviews, IPT/CPT reviews, and PMRs.
• Prepare, revise, update, and monitor documentation per IPDS, contracts, policies and procedures.
• Directly support program risk and opportunity processes tied to financial goals.
• Meet contractual commitments in financial, technical, and schedule performance.
• Build collaborative relationships with customer counterparts.
• Develop program-enhancing partnerships with IPTs/CPTs across Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Data Management, and admin functions.
• Prepare and manage all required product lifecycle artifacts and reviews.
• Coordinate customer program reviews in preparation for visits.
• Support contract proposal processes including bidding, gating, negotiation, and startup efforts.
• Travel domestically and internationally to facilitate meetings with customers.
