Job summary

E2B is a fast-growing startup building the Agent Cloud, serving AI labs and enterprise teams. You will join a small support team that uses its own AI agent harness to read threads, pull logs, and draft replies. You decide what is true, what goes out, and what has to change so the same question does not come back.

Based in Europe with SF and Prague offices, you’ll own the queue during European hours and hand off to the US, while helping scale docs, tooling, and processes as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Familiar with Linux and the command line.
• Can read/write Python or TypeScript/JavaScript to reproduce bugs.
• Basic networking (DNS, HTTP, ports) and container/VM concepts.
• Experience in technical support or developer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Own support threads from first reply to resolution.
• Debug issues across SDKs, CLI, API and platform using logs and traces.
• Reproduce problems against live E2B and create actionable bug reports.
• Handle account operations: limits, beta access, billing and usage questions.
• Contribute to docs when customers are blocked.
• Build the support tooling and automations for AI agents.
• Relay customer requests back to product and engineering.
