Job summary

SENAI is seeking an experienced VP of Sales – Europe to drive growth across Intelligence Agencies, Law Enforcement, Defense, and National Security organizations in Europe. This hands-on leadership role requires a hunter mentality, a strong network, and a proven ability to close complex government contracts.

You will define SENAI’s European B2G strategy, manage a strategic pipeline, and work with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into scalable, compelling solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in B2G sales, ideally in intelligence, law enforcement, defense, homeland security, cybersecurity, OSINT, or investigative technologies.
• Proven track record selling to European Intelligence Agencies, Law Enforcement, Defense, or National Security customers.
• Demonstrated history closing complex, high-value, multi-year government contracts.
• Strong existing network within the European intelligence, law-enforcement, defense, or security ecosystem.
• Autonomous, results-oriented with full ownership of a territory.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute SENAI’s European B2G sales strategy across agencies and defense sectors.
• Build and own a strategic European pipeline from prospecting to contract signature.
• Establish senior-level relationships with decision-makers and procurement teams.
• Lead complex government sales cycles, including demos, tenders, and negotiations.
• Navigate procurement frameworks and country-specific buying processes.
