Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking an EUC DevOps Engineer to lead the management and optimization of our Digital Employee Experience platform, with a focus on Nexthink and related DEX tools. You will configure, maintain, and evolve tooling in collaboration with EUC, InfoSec, and other IT teams.

You’ll design dashboards, alerts, and automation to monitor device health and user experience, and integrate data from CMDB and patching tools to drive continuous improvement of our DEX

Qualifications

• 3+ years of EUC, DevOps, or IT Operations experience.
• Hands-on Nexthink or similar DEX platforms experience.
• Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Python, etc.).
• Familiarity with endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM, JAMF).
• Experience with data visualization and reporting.

• Participate in sprint planning, story refinement, and DevOps best practices within EUC.

Job description

As an EUC Dev Ops Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the management and optimization of our Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platform, with a focus on tools like Nexthink. This role is critical to enhancing visibility into end-user device health, performance, and experience across the enterprise.

You’ll be the primary engineer responsible for configuring, maintaining, and evolving our DEX tooling, partnering closely with EUC, InfoSec, and other IT teams to drive actionable insights and improve the digital workplace.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee the end-to-end administration/operation of Nexthink or similar DEX platforms, ensuring optimal performance and governance.
• Design and implement dashboards, alerts, and automation to monitor device health and user experience

What You’ll Need

• 3+ years of experience in EUC, DevOps, or IT Operations roles
• Hands-on experience with Nexthink or similar DEX platforms (e.g., Lakeside, ControlUp)
• Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Python, etc.)
• Familiarity with endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune, SCCM, JAMF)
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Knowledge of device compliance frameworks and lifecycle management

Bonus Skills

• Experience with cloud-based EUC environments (Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix Cloud)
• Exposure to ITIL practices and service management workflows
• Understanding of InfoSec policies and endpoint security tools

The starting pay range for this position is:

$109,500.00 - $146,200.00

Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
