Job summary

Ameriprise Financial seeks an EUC Design Engineer to support and enhance enterprise endpoint architectures. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and governing end-user computing solutions across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms in a hybrid Minneapolis setting.

You will configure Intune policies, manage browser platforms (Edge/Chrome), and collaborate with Security, Architecture, and Operations to ensure secure, scalable user experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent.
• 5-7 years in enterprise endpoint engineering.
• Strong Windows endpoint management experience.
• Experience with Intune, Entra ID, and 365 technologies.
• PowerShell automation and scripting skills.
• ITIL-aligned incident, problem, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement endpoint management for Windows/macOS/mobile.
• Configure and manage Microsoft Intune configurations and policies.
• Administer Edge/Chrome enterprise browser management and policy governance.
• Support AI-enabled workplace technologies like Microsoft Copilot.
• Develop engineering standards, documentation, and governance practices.
