Job summary

Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC is seeking an experienced End User Computing Engineer to support complex EUC environments across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.

You will design, implement, govern, and support Intune, Endpoint Manager, and AI-enabled workplace technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, collaborating with Security, Architecture, and Operations teams to meet security and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years of engineering experience supporting enterprise endpoint technologies.
• Experience with Windows endpoint management in a large enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support endpoint management across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms.
• Develop and maintain Intune configurations, compliance policies, security baselines, and deployment standards.
• Design endpoint policies using modern management technologies and Group Policy where appropriate.
• Evaluate, test, and validate new configurations, technologies, and security controls before production deployment.
• Collaborate with application owners to ensure endpoint compatibility and a positive user experience.
• Design, implement, and support enterprise browser management for Edge and Chrome.
