American Public Education, Inc. is seeking an EUC Administrator to manage desktops, laptops, mobile devices, operating systems, and productivity tools across the organization.

You will ensure secure, compliant endpoints and handle imaging, patching, software delivery, and lifecycle activities. Responsibilities include administering Windows/macOS endpoints, troubleshooting, configuring MECM/SCCM and Intune, managing Autopilot, building and supporting VDI environments, and collaborating with

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field preferred.
• Three+ years in desktop support or endpoint administration in an enterprise.
• Experience with Intune and MECM/SCCM for software distribution and patching.
• Knowledge of Identity/Access and security controls in Microsoft 365.

Mansioni

• Administer and support Windows desktops, laptops, macOS, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, connectivity, and user access issues.
• Manage endpoint configuration, patching, and software delivery using Intune and MECM/SCCM.
• Support enrollment, Autopilot/ imaging, packaging, and deployment.
• Build and support VDI environments (Azure Virtual Desktop, etc.).
• Collaborate with service desk, security, network, and apps teams.
