Job summary

EMCD is seeking an IT operations manager for workplace technology to build and improve the EUC environment across a globally distributed workforce. You will own devices, corporate accounts, SaaS access, IAM, asset lifecycle, onboarding/offboarding automation, and the overall digital employee experience.

You will collaborate with Security, IT, vendors, and business teams to ensure secure, reliable access to tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT, including 3–5 years in End User Computing/Workplace Technology.
• Experience with IAM, SSO and access policies.
• Strong vendor and contract management skills.
• Hands-on with device lifecycle, onboarding/offboarding, and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the end-user technology environment across remote teams.
• Oversee device management, SaaS access, and IAM controls.
• Automate onboarding/offboarding workflows and provisioning.
• Lead Service Desk and ensure fast issue resolution.
• Manage vendors, licenses, and avoid tool overlaps.
• Standardize EUC processes and drive self-service automation.
