Job summary

Amazon Dev Center India - Hyderabad - A85 seeks a Trans Ops Specialist to support TOC operations. This role ensures seamless information flow between carriers, hubs, and fulfillment centers, addressing issues that affect customer experience across inbound and outbound logistics.

You will pull data from multiple databases using Excel, Access, and SQL, perform ad hoc reporting, and develop performance metrics to drive business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, or statistics.
• Experience with Excel.
• Experience with SQL for data querying.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with external customers (carriers, vendors) and internal teams (Retail, Finance, Software Support, Fulfillment Centers).
• Pull data from databases (Excel, Access, SQL) for ad hoc reporting and analysis.
• Develop and track performance metrics to drive business results.
• Define business and functional requirements for Amazon technology teams.
• Identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve customer experience.
