Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a packaging compliance leader to spearhead regulatory strategy across markets, with initial focus on EU PPWR. You will serve as the enterprise SME for packaging regulatory compliance and coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure products and packaging meet current and future regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, environmental science, supply chain, packaging eng or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, packaging engineering, product compliance, sustainability, or related field.
• Experience interpreting and implementing complex international regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise packaging regulatory compliance strategy and PPWR focus.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to identify compliance gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain PPWR compliance roadmap with milestones and timelines.
• Partner with engineering to incorporate regulatory requirements into product and packaging design standards.
• Collaborate with sourcing and suppliers to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
• Establish governance, metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting for PPWR and EPR compliance.
