Delivery Hero's foodora division is seeking a regional strategist to drive initiatives across EU markets, helping local teams improve logistics performance and profitability.

You will lead and support markets, travel to partner with specialists, and deliver solutions from analysis to implementation, with a competitive all-in salary and equity package. This role offers flexible hours and remote work opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Economics or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, Performance Management, PMO, Consulting or Operations Excellence, preferably within technology, e-commerce, logistics or marketplace businesses.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into business recommendations.
• Excellent project and program management skills with experience driving cross-functional initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
• Outstanding communication and storytelling skills with experience preparing executive-level presentations for senior leadership.
• Experience working in regional or global organisations is highly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools

Responsibilities

• Drive regional initiatives across EU markets, supporting local markets facing challenges or opportunities.
• Provide temporary planning and hands-on support to improve logistics performance and profitability.
• Work with local teams to implement solutions that improve on-time delivery, speed and customer satisfaction.
• Lead execution in priority markets as the regional go-to person for challenging markets.
• Collaborate with a small team of specialists to develop and implement local market solutions.
• Travel extensively to work directly with local teams and ensure effective implementation of solutions.
