Bybit is seeking an experienced IT Audit Manager to lead risk-based audits across EU operations, focusing on ICT governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with the Global IT Audit team to align audit coverage with EU requirements and company-wide standards.

The role is based in the EU (preferably Austria) with a focus on DORA, MiCA, GDPR, and related regulations, reporting to the EU Head of Audit. Strong analytics and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• CISA or CISM certification required.
• Experience leading cross-border audits.
• EU-regulated financial institution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute risk-based IT audits across EU operations.
• Assess ICT governance against EU regulations (DORA, MiCA, GDPR).
• Collaborate with Global IT Audit on shared platforms and group-wide processes.
