Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Engineering, CS, IS, Cybersecurity or Quality.
• 10+ years of experience in product compliance, cybersecurity, quality systems or regulatory compliance.
• 8+ years interpreting and applying CRA and global product security requirements.
• 8+ years leading enterprise or product compliance programs across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and govern the CRA compliance framework and governance model.
• Translate regulatory obligations into scalable product lifecycle processes and evidence.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with cybersecurity, product, and quality teams.
• Lead development of CRA conformity documentation and assessment frameworks.
• Provide senior leadership with risk-based updates and compliance status.
