Job summary

Altera is seeking a Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) Compliance Lead to establish and drive the company-wide CRA compliance framework. You will coordinate cross-functional activities, translate regulatory obligations into scalable lifecycle processes, and provide governance across cybersecurity, quality, and product development teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Quality or related field.
• 10+ years in product compliance, product cybersecurity, quality systems or regulatory fields.
• 2+ years interpreting EU CRA and global product security requirements.
• 8+ years leading enterprise or product compliance programs across cross-functional teams.
• 8+ years implementing secure SDLC, risk management, SBOM governance, and post-market security.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CRA compliance framework, governance, policies and roles.
• Coordinate CRA requirements with product lifecycle and design controls.
• Align with ISO 27001, IEC 62443, ISO 21434, ISO 26262 and other standards.
• Lead conformity-assessment framework and conformity documentation.
• Define CRA evidence requirements for all lifecycle stages.
• Partner with product security on vulnerability escalation and non-conformity.
• Develop CRA training and governance metrics.
