Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance strategy across the enterprise. You will drive a unified framework, manage certifications, and translate complex regulations into practical controls, interfacing with Manufacturing, Legal, Engineering, IT, and Supply Chain to enable secure growth.

The role emphasizes collaboration, policy development, and proactive risk-based decision making to support global standards and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive cybersecurity GRC experience.
• Experience implementing/auditing frameworks such as CMMC, ISO 27001, NIST 800-53/171, and GDPR.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, translating concepts to business terms.
• US work authorization and eligibility for US Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise-wide cybersecurity framework and ensure alignment with standards.
• Own certifications and recertifications for CMMC/NIST 800-171, ISO 27001, GDPR.
• Develop and optimize GRC documentation: SSPs, POA&Ms, policies, SOPs.
• Advise on M&A and supply chain security to ensure compliant integration.
• Create executive dashboards and metrics to communicate risk posture.
