Qualifications

• 5+ years in Clinical Operations domain, with product management or consulting experience.
• Translating business requirements into product requirements.
• Experience with customers from business users to execs, in-person or remote.
• Strong English communication.
• Interest in AI and its application to clinical ops.

Responsibilities

• Be the product evangelist and SME for Veeva Clinical Operations products.
• Champion enhancements and stay updated on features, strategy and roadmap.
• Contribute to best practices and process recommendations.
• Engage with customer stakeholders to communicate roadmap.
• Provide product education in meetings and online communities.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer feedback.
• Collaborate with Product teams to deliver content and release communication.
• Provide cross-functional product expertise to internal teams.
