Job summary

OLAPLEX is seeking an ECommerce Manager for Amazon & eRetailers to oversee and optimize our Amazon EU accounts, spanning UK and EU locales. You will drive POS, wholesale, and marketing initiatives while expanding the Amazon Europe business across multiple markets.

Reporting to leadership, you will manage regional revenue, profitability and velocity with precise strategic planning and tactical execution, collaborating across supply chain, marketing and global teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of eCommerce experience with hands-on Amazon or Marketplaces.
• Experience managing Amazon EU accounts is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills for linking data to strategy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Amazon EU account operations, cross-border trade and local compliance.
• Forecast sales and manage P&L across EU regions and globally.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Brand and Media teams for localized campaigns.
• Monitor KPIs related to POS, retail media efficiency and customer engagement.
