Job summary

Synstack Technologies is seeking an experienced ETL Test Lead to guide end-to-end data testing and delivery. The role emphasizes Advanced SQL, ETL testing, data warehousing, and data validation to ensure quality data flows across systems.

The ideal candidate will lead ETL/QE teams, manage stakeholders, and coordinate with business, development, and QE teams to drive timely releases. Logistics/SCM experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/IS or related field.
• Experience leading end-to-end ETL testing programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ETL testing and project delivery.
• Perform source-to-target mapping, data validation, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis.
• Write complex SQL queries and analyze stored procedures.
• Lead and mentor ETL/QE teams.
• Coordinate with Business, Development, and QE teams.
