The ideal candidate will lead ETL testing teams, validate complex transformations, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting in Power BI/Tableau. Onsite engagement required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in CS, IS, or related field.
• Strong experience in ETL testing and data validation.
• Proven leadership and project delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data integration projects from requirements to production deployment.
• Define project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resources.
• Document data lineage across Source Systems to Dashboards.
• Perform impact analysis and trace data flow from source to dashboard.
• Analyze and validate transformation logic, mappings, and aggregations.
• Create source-to-target mappings and data validation strategies.
• Mentor ETL testing and data validation teams.
• Drive Agile ceremonies and release management.
• Provide status updates to leadership.
• Validate dashboards from source tables and data reconciliation.
