Tech Mirrors in Windsor, CT, is seeking an experienced ETL Test Engineer / Lead to own end-to-end data flows from Source Systems through Data Warehouse to dashboards. The role emphasizes leadership, data modeling, cloud data platforms, and strong SQL skills.

The ideal candidate will lead ETL testing teams, validate complex transformations, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting in Power BI/Tableau. Onsite engagement required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in CS, IS, or related field.
• Strong experience in ETL testing and data validation.
• Proven leadership and project delivery experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data integration projects from requirements to production deployment.
• Define project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resources.
• Document data lineage across Source Systems to Dashboards.
• Perform impact analysis and trace data flow from source to dashboard.
• Analyze and validate transformation logic, mappings, and aggregations.
• Create source-to-target mappings and data validation strategies.
• Mentor ETL testing and data validation teams.
• Drive Agile ceremonies and release management.
• Provide status updates to leadership.
• Validate dashboards from source tables and data reconciliation.
