Job Title: ETL Production Support Lead

NTT DATA is seeking an experienced ETL Production Support Lead to join our team in McKinney, Texas (US-TX). This position can be worked remotely.

Skill Requirements:

1. 8+ years of experience with ETL development and data integration best practices.
2. 6+ years of experience with .NET programming.
3. 6+ years of experience troubleshooting and optimizing cloud data pipelines for performance, security, and reliability.
4. 6+ years of SQL skills and familiarity with finance-focused databases and reporting systems.
5. 6+ years of experience providing technical support for web, desktop, or mobile applications.

Additional Skills:

• Upgrading, configuring, and debugging existing systems.
• Triage complex issues and handle escalations.
• Identify root causes in code, suggest break-fix activities in code and/or databases.
• Exposure to modern data security and privacy practices.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across business, risk, and IT teams.
• Process-oriented mindset with adaptability to change.
• Willingness to provide support after hours, weekends, and on-call when needed.
• Hands-on experience with application support workload is a plus.
• Knowledge of the Insurance industry is a plus.
• Basic AWS knowledge is a plus.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Responsibility for personal performance and high integrity in handling confidential information.
