We are currently seeking an ETL Production Support Lead to join our team in McKinney, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). This position can be worked remotely.

Skill Requirements:

1. 8 years experience with ETL development and data integration best practices.
2. 6 years experience with .Net programming.
3. 6 years experience troubleshooting and optimizing cloud data pipelines for performance, security, and reliability.
4. 6 years experience with SQL skills and familiarity with finance-focused databases and reporting systems.
5. 6 years experience programming in more than one object-oriented programming language; .Net, JavaScript, HTML, VB6, VB.NET, and C#.
6. 6 years experience providing technical support for web, desktop, or mobile applications.

Additional skills required:

1. Upgrading, configuring, and debugging existing systems.
2. Triage complex issues and handle escalations.
3. Identify root cause in the code, suggest break-fix activities in the code and/or database.
4. Exposure to modern data security and privacy practices.
5. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across business, risk, and IT teams.
6. Process-oriented mindset and ability to adapt quickly.
7. Willingness to provide support after office hours, weekends, and stay on call when needed.
8. Hands-on experience with application support workload is a plus.
9. Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus.
10. General AWS knowledge is a plus.
11. Effective time management and organizational skills.
12. The ability to take responsibility for one’s own performance.
13. High degree of integrity in handling confidential information.
