We are currently seeking an ETL Production Support Lead to join our team in McKinney, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). This position can be worked remotely.

Skill Requirements:

• 8 years of experience with ETL development and data integration best practices.
• 6 years of experience with .Net programming.
• 6 years of experience troubleshooting and optimizing cloud data pipelines for performance, security, and reliability.
• 6 years of experience with SQL skills and familiarity with finance-focused databases and reporting systems.
• 6 years of experience programming in more than one object-oriented programming language; including .Net, JavaScript, HTML, VB6, VB.NET, and C#.
• 6 years of experience providing technical support for web, desktop, or mobile applications.

Additional skills required:

• Upgrading, configuring, and debugging existing systems.
• Triage complex issues and handle escalations.
• Identify root cause in the code, suggest break-fix activities in the code and/or database.
• Exposure to modern data security and privacy practices.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across business, risk, and IT teams.
• Process-oriented mindset and ability to adapt quickly.
• Willingness to provide support after office hours, weekends, and stay on call when needed.
• Hands-on experience with application support workload is a plus.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus.
• General AWS knowledge is a plus.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to take responsibility for one's own performance.
• High degree of integrity in handling confidential information.
