Qualifications

• University/college degree required with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong ETL development background using Informatica PowerCenter and PowerExchange.
• Experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Advanced SQL skills for data validation, reconciliation, and performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows and mappings for enterprise data integration.
• Build and support data pipelines using Informatica PowerCenter and PowerExchange.
• Extract and process data from mainframe sources (VSAM, flat files, COBOL copybooks, DB2).
• Implement complex data transformations and business rules.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data validation, reconciliation, and performance tuning.
• Work with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, or MongoDB.
• Monitor ETL jobs, troubleshoot issues, and provide support.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and completeness.
• Create and maintain technical documentation (mappings, workflows).
• Collaborate with BAs, QA, and application teams to clarify data requirements.
