Job summary

EXL in Pittsburgh, PA and Cleveland, OH is seeking an Informatica Developer with strong hands‑on experience to design, develop, and support scalable data integration solutions across enterprise systems. You will design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT workflows, optimize mappings and workflows for cloud and on-prem integrations, and ensure data quality and availability in an Agile environment.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in CS/IT, 7+ years in ETL and Informatica, strong SQL, and experience

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is required.
7+ years of experience in ETL & Informatica.
Strong hands-on experience with Informatica.
Solid understanding of ETL concepts and data warehousing.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT workflows using Informatica.
Build and optimize mappings, tasks, and workflows for cloud and on-prem integrations.
Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading across multiple data sources.
Troubleshoot and resolve data integration and performance issues.
Collaborate with business and technical teams in an Agile environment.
Collaborate with BI and data teams to ensure data quality, automation, and availability.
