Job summary

COOLSOFT on behalf of the NC Department of Health and Human Services (NC DHHS-NCFAST) seeks a contract ETL BIRT Agile Developer in Raleigh, NC to implement and maintain data extracts, ETL batch jobs, and reports.

The role requires strong SQL skills, BIRT reporting, and experience with Oracle; you will analyze requirements, design data interfaces, implement solutions, and provide on‑call support in a hybrid Raleigh environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with ETL processes and data extraction.
• Strong SQL querying against large tables.
• Experience with BIRT reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze reporting requirements for NC FAST.
• Develop and optimize data extracts and reports.
• Provide 24x7 On Call support/rotation.
