Job summary

The Washington State Bar Association seeks an Ethics, Wellness, and Practice Program Manager & Counsel II to lead the Professional Responsibility Program, oversee the Wellness and Practice Management programs, and provide ethics guidance to WSBA members.

In this hybrid Washington state role, you will support daily operations, strategic planning, and national engagement on ethics, wellness, and practice management trends while collaborating with program leaders and the Advancement Director.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor or completion of the WSBA Law Clerk Program (APR 6) or other qualifying licenses to practice in WA
• MBA or Bachelor's in Business Administration with management focus
• Experience in mental health or wellness initiatives is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead the Professional Responsibility Program by providing ethics guidance through CLE presentations, articles, and member consultations
• Oversee the Member Wellness Program and the Practice Management Assistance Program
• Support daily operations, staffing, and strategic planning with department leaders
• Maintain national engagement on ethics, wellness, and practice management trends
• Supervise and guide PMA and MWP staff
