Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing policies and processes to ensure ethical and regulatory compliance across the firm.
• Serve as a resource on conflicts of interest for new matters, lateral hires, and engagements; provide determinations and recommendations.
• Review engagement letters, waivers, and outside counsel guidelines; draft ethics walls and advise on terms with Deputy General Counsel as needed.
• Supervise and support Conflicts Analysts; deliver training on conflicts, ethics, and professional responsibility.
• Advise partners and practice-group leaders on ethics, risk-management, and conflict issues; escalate and resolve matters as needed.
• Conduct legal research on ethics rules and conflicts-related topics; monitor changes to professional conduct rules.
