Job summary

Novartis AG in Indianapolis, Millburn or Durham, United States seeks an ERC Operations Business Partner (US) to advise site leadership on ethics, risk and compliance, providing governance, oversight and constructive challenge to strengthen ethical culture and compliance.

You will use data-driven insights and digital tools to help leaders identify and manage risk and embed accountability into daily operations across US sites, with travel to sites as required.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Law, Science or another relevant field.
• Minimum five years of ERC experience ideally in pharma, medical devices or healthcare.
• Ability to confidently challenge and influence senior leaders while managing complex stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent organizational, communication, training and facilitation skills, with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Advise site leadership on ethics, risk and compliance, providing oversight and independent challenge.
• Strengthen governance by embedding compliance into routine leadership decisions.
• Identify, assess and monitor compliance risks and support remediation plans.
• Implement ethics and compliance policies across US Operations sites.
• Support SpeakUp, conflicts of interest and misconduct processes with guidance and follow-through.
• Strengthen ethical culture through leadership engagement and training.
• Leverage digital tools and AI-enabled insights to improve compliance across sites.
