Oshkosh Corporation, Inc. is seeking an Ethics & Compliance Intern to support due diligence, helpline case administration and data reviews at our Oshkosh, WI headquarters. You will help analyze metrics, assist with policy library management, and contribute to an ethics education program.

The role requires pursuing a degree in a relevant field, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in person in Oshkosh. Proficiency with MS Office is expected; SharePoint/Power BI are a plus.

Qualifications

• Student currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Finance/Internal Audit, Accounting, International Studies, Political Science, or related field.
• Ability to work on confidential matters with independent judgement.
• Must be able to work in-person in Oshkosh, WI.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills are essential.
• Strong analytical, data review and analysis, and program administration skills.
• Proficiency with data-driven tools like Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Support due diligence activities including communications with internal and external contacts and coordinating follow up on due diligence requirements.
• Support Ethics Helpline case administration on a confidential basis and communicate with key internal stakeholders at all levels.
• Perform data reviews to ensure processes followed related to third party due diligence, charitable contributions and gifts and entertainment.
• Contribute to creation, maintenance and analysis of metrics/data points for Global E&C to assess program effectiveness.
• Assist with implementation of team member ethics and compliance education program.
• Assist with management of policies and procedures library.
• Assist with general administrative tasks as assigned.
