Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field; JD preferred.
• Ten years of progressively responsible experience in ethics and compliance, corporate investigations, legal, audit, regulatory compliance, risk management, internal controls, or related.
• Three to five years of leadership experience managing teams, programs, projects, or cross-functional initiatives in a corporate, legal, regulatory, audit, or compliance environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for Ethics & Compliance initiatives and program governance.
• Oversee intake, triage, investigation, documentation, reporting, and remediation of ethics and compliance concerns.
• Lead or advise on high-risk investigations with confidentiality and escalation as needed.
• Identify investigation trends, root causes, control gaps, and remediation opportunities; report to management.
• Oversee corporate compliance processes including gifts, pre-approvals, conflicts of interest and policy acknowledgments.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, law, accounting, finance, public policy, regulatory affairs, or a related field

Juris Doctor degree preferred
