Job summary

ACA Group is seeking a Compliance Consultant to support supervisors, relationship managers, and engagement leads in delivering Code of Ethics offerings. You will administer and oversee personal trading surveillance, employee certifications, disclosures, and other compliance requirements while serving as a subject matter expert and mentor to analysts.

The role emphasizes staying current with securities laws, regulations, and industry best practices, with opportunities to contribute to client

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
At least three years of regulatory compliance experience, or at least two years with regulator/analyst experience.
Strong knowledge of federal securities laws and related rules.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain client relationships, guiding on compliance requirements and service delivery.
Oversee implementation and monitoring of compliance programs and disclosures.
Lead and mentor analysts on regulations, policies, and Code of Ethics matters.
Prepare and present reports and findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
Support managed services projects and contribute to training and development initiatives.
