Job summary

ACA Group is seeking a compliance professional to work closely with supervisors, relationship managers, and engagement leads in delivering Code of Ethics offerings. You’ll oversee personal trading surveillance, certifications, disclosures, and regulatory risk management, while mentoring analysts and supporting client engagements.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in regulatory compliance or 2+ years in related roles, plus knowledge of U.S. securities laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least three years in regulatory compliance or two years with related regulatory roles or ACA-level consulting experience.
• General working knowledge of federal securities laws and related rules.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and guide on compliance requirements, onboarding, scope, budgets and delivery.
• Manage implementation and oversight of compliance programs and related workflows.
• Lead client discussions on outside activities, contributions, gifts, conflicts of interest and Code of Ethics matters.
• Review regulatory issues, assess risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Mentor analysts and support projects with supervisors and account owners.
• Develop internal knowledge resources and contribute to training and development initiatives.
