ACA Group is seeking a Consultant (MS) for Code of Ethics offerings in Pittsburgh. You will support supervisors, managers, and engagement leads by administering personal trading surveillance, employee certifications, and disclosures, while maintaining current knowledge of evolving compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Three years of regulatory compliance experience or at least two years plus relevant regulatory or data-analyst background.
• Knowledge of federal securities laws and related rules (e.g., Advisers Act, Exchange Act, CFTC Act).

Responsibilities

• Build and manage client relationships; guide on compliance requirements, onboarding, scope, budgets, and service delivery.
• Oversee personal trading surveillance programs and compliance monitoring activities; manage disclosures and certifications.
• Lead client discussions on outside business activities, political contributions, gifts and entertainment, and conflicts of interest.
